Office Administration:

Requirements: Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Social Media Marketer:
Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to promote Pearls Of Power programs and services. Create engaging content for various platforms. Manage social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, and monitoring analytics. Collaborate with marketing team to enhance online presence.
Requirements: Experience in social media management. Creative mindset and understanding of social media trends. Strong writing and visual communication skills.
Home Health Aide:
Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes. Offer companionship and emotional support.
Requirements: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or equivalent certification. Compassion and empathy for clients. Strong communication skills. Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality.
Home Aide:
Responsibilities: Assist clients with household tasks and chores. Clean and maintain the clients' living spaces. Provide assistance with laundry, cooking, and grocery shopping. Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.

House Manager:

Property Manager:
Responsibilities: Manage rental properties within Pearls Of Power housing programs. Handle tenant inquiries, applications, and leases. Oversee property maintenance and repairs. Monitor rent payments and financial records. Ensure compliance with housing regulations.
Requirements: Relevant experience in property management. Knowledge of housing laws and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
